Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows delivered but you can’t find your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier first
BonsaiShibas is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery

Because many of our products are made to order, returns are limited.

We accept returns only if:

The item arrives damaged or defective

You provide clear photos of the issue

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund — your choice.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable

Once an item enters production or ships, it cannot be canceled
